Instructor Progression
The FRC Instructor progression starts with FRC CREW and FRC 12 coxswain courses. Instructors then qualify to instruct FRC 18 coxswain courses followed by standard and specialist modules.
Train The Trainer
Further Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities include the ability to develop instructor training skills (Train The Trainer) where teaching and coaching skills are emphasised.
